Returns & Exchange Policy

Please note, this product is subject to a ‘No Return’ policy, meaning we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, an “Exchange” is possible. But to claim Exchange we need package opening video of the product and its working on the first puff. If it’s not working on the first puff then Exchange is possible. Simply contact our customer service team within [3 days] of receiving the item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement. Be sure to keep all original packaging and include proof of purchase when requesting an exchange. Our goal is to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
